Sales/Rentals: All sales and rentals are final after payment or credit
verification has been approved. Any order not shipped prior to
credit approval maybe canceled without any charges incurred to
purchaser.

Credit: Seller shall not be bound to purchaser to
approve or extend credit. Seller may in its absolute discretion
change or withdraw at anytime credit terms provided to purchaser.

Warranty: No oral or statutory or implied
warranties other than of title shall apply to the merchandise
sold by the seller to the purchaser. The seller's obligation to
the purchaser in respect to said merchandise shall be limited to
the manufacturers printed warranty. In no event shall seller be
liable for consequential damages or special damages.

| Returns: Mis-orders maybe returned for a 45%
restocking fee plus freight and handling charges within 30 days, written return
authorization required. Rentals fees and shipping charges are not
refundable. No returns or refunds on custom signs for any reason. |

Damage Claim: All claims for breakage and damage,
whether concealed or obvious, must be made within 3 days by the
purchaser to the carrier for any claim-backs.

Delivery: All deliveries FOB tailgate to purchaser
unless otherwise documented in invoice with special instructions.
Purchaser agrees to authorize any person receiving delivery to
sign delivery receipt for purchaser. If purchaser is unable to
accept delivery, then an additional delivery surcharge will be
added before re-delivery.

Consequential
Damages: In no event is seller
liable to purchaser for any claims of any kind, whether in
contract, warranty, or tort for any interruption of operations,
loss of anticipated profits, injury to business, reputation, or
for special, incidental, punitive, consequential or contingent
damages of any nature.
